Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

At Nishwanth Kowshika - NKSC Sports Complex, we strive to ensure a smooth booking experience. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before making a booking.

1. Cancellation by User

• More than 24 hours before the booked slot: Bookings can be cancelled by contacting our support team at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled slot time. A full refund (minus any payment gateway processing fees) will be issued.
• Less than 24 hours before the booked slot: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booked slot time are strictly non-refundable.
• No Shows: If you fail to arrive for your booked slot without prior cancellation, the booking amount is entirely forfeited.

2. Cancellation by Management

We reserve the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Severe weather conditions (e.g., heavy rain, storms) making the turf unplayable.
• Maintenance issues or power failures.
• Management discretion for safety reasons.

In the event of a cancellation initiated by NKSC Sports Complex, a 100% full refund will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5-7 business days, or the user may opt to reschedule the slot to another available time.

3. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (Credit Card, UPI, Net Banking, etc.) used during the booking. Please allow 5 to 7 working days for the amount to reflect in your bank account.
