1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and booking a slot at Nishwanth Kowshika - NKSC Sports Complex ("we," "our," or "us") via this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our booking services.

2. Facility Rules

• Proper non-marking sports shoes must be worn on the turf at all times. Studs with metal spikes are strictly prohibited.
• Smoking, alcohol consumption, and chewing gum are strictly prohibited inside the turf area.
• Players must strictly adhere to their booked time slots. Exceeding the time limit will incur additional charges.
• We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone violating facility rules or behaving inappropriately.

3. Booking and Payments

All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of 100% advance payment. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We are not responsible for any payment failures caused by network issues or bank downtime.

4. Liability and Damages

Players are responsible for their own safety. NKSC Sports Complex management is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings during your time at the facility. Any damage to the turf, nets, or property caused by players will be billed directly to the person who made the booking.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kanyakumari, Tamil Nadu.
